This is the original text built from a direct download from Cory Doctorow's website. While the generous license terms allow me to improve the characters, add product placements, or change the ending, I did none of that. The only changes I made were strictly to fix some of the HTML marking up the text.
The information is formatted for the webkit browsers using the CiUI framework from CNet by Vladimir Olexa. The framework itself is released with the MIT license. You might find a few changes I've made to CiUI.js. They're also released under the MIT license to make things simple.
